Refunds

Lifetime early access is a one-time unlock (₹399 via Razorpay when offered, or a flash coupon). Because digital unlock activates on your account, refunds are handled case by case.
When we can help
- You paid but unlock did not activate after a reasonable wait and status check.
- Duplicate successful charges for the same account.
- Clear payment errors where you did not receive access.
How to request
Message @getbillfast on X with the email on your BillFast account and Razorpay payment reference if you have it. We will check unlock status and payment records before deciding.
Coupons
Flash free coupons are promotional and not refundable as cash. If a code fails to redeem, contact @getbillfast with the code and account email.
